Kirsten Voller

Kirsten (Nelson) Voller is an experienced professional with a diverse background in operations and management. Currently serving as the Director of Operations for Legal Collections at Midland Credit Management, an Encore Capital Group Company, Kirsten has previously worked as an Independent Travel Advisor at Travel Planners International, and held the position of Branch Office Manager at National City Bank. Earlier in their career, Kirsten gained experience as a Pilot at Mesaba Airlines. Kirsten holds a Bachelor of Science in Aeronautics with a focus on Flight Education from the University of North Dakota, which was completed between 1994 and 1998.
