Dan Parker is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in service delivery management within the travel industry, currently serving as Senior Director of Service Delivery at Travel + Leisure Co. since December 2003. Prior to this role, Dan held various positions at Wyndham Exchange and Rentals, including Director of Service Delivery, where leadership was provided in relationship management and operational support. Dan's career also includes significant contributions to service level management, change management processes, and reporting analytics, having progressed from Reporting Analyst to Senior Manager in service level roles.
