Julie Dietrich has extensive experience in training and development, currently serving as the Manager of Learning and Development for the Design and Technology Team at Travel + Leisure Co. since November 2016, where significant improvements were made to the global compliance training program, resulting in 23,000 working hours returned to the business and a reduction in course errors from 23% to 0%. Prior to this, Julie was a Training Manager at Marriott Vacations Worldwide Corporation, where an onboarding training agenda was developed after a comprehensive analysis of the Contracting Processing function.
