Richard Stanton

Richard Stanton has extensive experience in risk management and legal expertise, currently serving as the Director of Corporate Insurance at Travel + Leisure Co. since February 2022. Prior to this role, Richard held various leadership positions at BAE Systems Ship Repair Inc., including Director of Risk Management and Director of Safety, Health, Environmental and Risk Management, from June 2015 to November 2021. Richard's experience also includes serving as Chief of the Branch of Financial Management, Insurance and Assessments at the U.S. Department of Labor, and holding senior legal roles at the Law Office of William M. Broderick and Kenny Stearns & Broderick. Richard earned a Juris Doctor from New York Law School and a Bachelor of Arts in Economics and Mathematics from Stony Brook University.
