Tera Richards has over 24 years of work experience in customer service and sales roles. tera started their career in 1996 as a Customer Service Representative at ABA Long Distance Phone Service, where they exceeded monthly goals and utilized computer systems to review and update customer bills. From 1997 to 2001, they worked at Kingdom Vacations as a Customer Service and Sales Representative, handling sales and customer service for travel agents booking vacation packages. During this time, they were trained on various skill sets and computer systems. In 2001, they joined Travelocity as a Sales Agent, where they mastered various computer systems, handled inbound sales calls, and provided outbound service calls. tera then transitioned to the role of Cruise Group Sales/Customer Service Agent, where they received sales inquiry calls, booked groups with 8+ cabins, and provided 2nd tier customer service support. In 2012, they were promoted to the role of Account Manager at Travelocity, responsible for driving the identification of issues and projects involving backend system upgrades and product launches. tera also partnered closely with cruise line representatives to launch promotions and incentives. In 2015, they joined Travel Syndication Technology (TST) as a Cruise Promotions Manager.

Tera Richards attended Coughlin High School from 1992 to 1995, but did not pursue any specific degree or field of study during this time.
