Cassie Prugar has a diverse work experience, primarily in customer success and development roles. Cassie started their career as a Development Administrative Assistant at the Golden Apple Foundation in September 2011 and later became a Development Coordinator in January 2013. In July 2013, they were promoted to Assistant Director of Development, where they played a crucial role in the organization's mission to support teacher excellence in Illinois. After leaving the foundation in September 2014, they joined Next Vacay as a Customer Success Manager in March 2017, providing exceptional service to customers until October 2019. Cassie then worked at Pixl Production as an Associate Producer from October 2019 to September 2021. Following this, they joined Peek as a Customer Success Manager in August 2021 and continued in that role until April 2023. Currently, they hold the position of Customer Success Manager at TravelBank, starting in April 2023.

Cassie Prugar attended Kentucky Country Day School from 1994 to 2007. Cassie then went on to enroll at Miami University from 2007 to 2011, where they earned a Bachelor of Science (B.S.) degree in Psychology with a minor in Criminology. In September 2014, Cassie obtained a TEFL (Teaching English as a Foreign Language) certification from the institution "Teaching English as a Foreign Language".
