Kelley Franczak

Kelley Franczak is a Claims Supervisor at TravelCenters of America with a background in workers' compensation and benefits. Prior to this, Kelley held roles in pricing operations analysis and pharmacy technician positions at various companies. Kelley also served in the United States Air Force in Knowledge Operations Management. Kelley holds a Bachelor of Business Administration degree in Marketing and Business Administration, as well as an Associate of Science degree in Business Administration from Kent State University and Lorain County Community College, respectively.
