Most recently, Mark worked at Travelers Canada as the Director of Agile Planning & Business Delivery. Additionally, they played a key role in coaching and educating agile teams and leaders in lean-agile behaviors, principles, and practices.

Prior to Travelers Canada, Mark worked at TD as a Senior IT Program Manager, where they demonstrated their skills in managing IT programs and projects.

Before that, Mark held positions at International Financial Data Services Canada (IFDS) as a Portfolio Director, Program Manager, and Senior Project Manager. Mark directed the successful delivery of IT strategic and internal portfolios and managed complex projects within the global family and domestic client bank.

Mark's earlier experience includes working at Symcor Inc as a Senior Project Manager, Project Manager, Project Leader, and Project Control Officer. Mark led and delivered the design, production, and deployment of multiple complex banking infrastructure projects.

Mark also had a role at enhansiv Canada Inc. as a Project Leader/Office Manager and at Toronto Web Services as a General Manager and Project Leader.

Lastly, Mark has previous experience in the not-for-profit sector, which they pursued from 1987 to 2000.
