Nikita Lohia

Nikita Lohia has a strong background in product management and quality assurance, with experience in both the healthcare and software industries. They began their career at Capgemini as a Technical Lead Verification & Validation, and later worked as a Software Quality Assurance Engineer and QA Lead. In 2016, they joined GE Healthcare as a Senior Quality Assurance Lead, where they led several successful initiatives, including integrating artificial intelligence technology into workflow solutions for clinicians and improving product installation time. Most recently, Nikita joined Travelers Canada as a Product Manager before being promoted to Director of Agile Product Management in 2023.

Nikita Lohia pursued their Bachelor of Engineering (BE) in Biomedical Engineering from Mahatma Gandhi Missions College of Engineering and Technology, Mumbai. Nikita completed their degree between 2006 and 2010. Additionally, they obtained a certification as a Certified Scrum Product Owner (CSPO) from the Scrum Alliance in June 2020.
