Nisha Shivji

Nisha Shivji is a Claims Counsel with experience in reviewing, analyzing, and investigating specialty claims such as Errors and Omissions, Directors and Officers, and Employment Practice Liability. Nisha has managed external defense counsel and adjusters, assessed and posted reserves, and attended large loss meetings. Prior to their current role, Nisha worked as an In-House Claims Counsel at RSA Canada and as a Specialty Claims Adjuster at Monette May & Associates. Nisha also gained experience as an Articling Student in the Claims Department at Lawyers’ Professional Indemnity Company.
