Susan Dickerson

Susan Dickerson has a diverse work history with extensive experience in software quality assurance and development. Susan most recently worked as a Software QA Engineer at Travelers Haven since 2020. Prior to that, they served as a Sr Analyst, Product Quality for TVision Home at T-Mobile from 2019 to 2020. Susan also worked as a Software QA Engineer at Travelers Haven from 2018 to 2019. Before that, Susan held the same role at Entrust Datacard from 2014 to 2018. Susan started their career as a Software Quality Assurance Tester at ShopAtHome.com from 2012 to 2013. Later, from 2006 to 2012, they pursued a Bachelor of Arts (BA) degree in English at the University of South Florida. In 2012, they enrolled at the University of Tampa, obtaining a Master of Fine Arts (MFA) degree in Fiction in 2014. Aside from their formal education, Susan also earned a certification as a Professional Scrum Master I from Scrum.org in January 2019.
