Natalie Noy

Natalie Noy currently serves as the VP of Corporate Development and General Counsel at Bookaway Group, a travel-tech startup, since April 2021. Previously, Noy was a Partner and Head of High-Tech & Venture Capital at Epstein Rosenblum Maoz from March 2015 to April 2021, specializing in M&A and VC financing for tech companies. From 2011 to April 2018, Noy acted as a Professional Partner at Tel Aviv Angel Group, managing negotiations for international investments. Noy's earlier experience includes partnership roles at Moshe Nissim, Rinkov, Senderovitch and as a Board Member at PlayLab. Noy began a legal career as an Associate Attorney at Naschitz, Brandes & Co. and later as a Senior Associate at Meitar Liquornik Geva & Leshem Brandwein. Noy holds an LLM in Commercial Law and an LLB with Honors, both from Tel Aviv University.
