Brianna Helmick

Brianna Helmick has extensive experience in the food and beverage industry, currently serving as a GMIT at Five Guys Enterprises since September 2021 and as a Wine Guide with Traveling Vineyard since May 2020, where assistance is provided for virtual and in-home wine tastings. Previous roles include Director of Dietary at Healthcare Services Group, Inc. from December 2018 to August 2021, Demi Chef at Hollywood Casino at Penn National Race Course for a brief period in November 2018, and Food Service Foreman at ARMY & AIRFORCE EXCHANGE SERVICE - AAFES from November 2017 to October 2018. Additional experience spans various culinary positions at Chartwells and Hershey Entertainment & Resorts, including Sous Chef and F&B Clerk. Brianna holds a Bachelor's degree and an Associate's degree in Culinary Arts and Systems from Pennsylvania College of Technology, complemented by high school education from Hershey High School.
