Novia Arhundita has a diverse range of work experience. Novia'smost recent role was at Travelio, where they worked in Listing & E-Commerce Marketing, distributing around 500 products per month to online travel agencies. Prior to this, they served as the Promotions and Social Media Manager for Right Night Band. Novia also has entrepreneurial experience as the Founder & Baker of babypoy.id, a bakery. In the hospitality industry, they worked as a Barista & Kitchen staff at Ikona Kopi. Novia also gained administrative skills as a Data Entry Assistant at DPD Golkar Kabupaten Bogor. Novia has a background in counseling, having interned as a Drug And Alcohol Counselor at KAPETA Foundation, where they facilitated group therapy sessions and conducted client health management sessions. Novia has also been involved in event coordination and organization development as an Event Coordinator and the Head of Organization Development Division at Himpunan Mahasiswa Ilmu Kesejahteraan Sosial IISIP Jakarta. Novia had an internship as a Campaign Intern at Badan Narkotika Nasional Republik Indonesia, where they conducted research on self-defense against drugs and participated in anti-drug movement sessions. Novia also briefly served as a Student Mentor at Institut Ilmu Sosial dan llmu Politik Jakarta.

Novia Arhundita completed their high school education at SMAN 5 Depok between 2013 and 2016, specializing in the field of science. Novia then pursued a Bachelor's degree in Social Welfare at the Institut Ilmu Sosial dan llmu Politik Jakarta from 2016 to 2020.
