Pedro Gultom

Pedro Gultom began their work experience in 2019 as an Internship Trainee at PT. Sedona Holidays Tour and Travel Medan, where they learned about product and service selection, meeting targets, and gained a strong understanding of service and marketing concepts. During their internship, they represented Sedona at the Medan Business Talk Travel Fair and served as a Tour Leader for tours in Malaysia, Singapore, and Thailand. In 2022, they worked as a Front Desk Agent at Tenun Co Living and later joined Travelio in the same year, specializing in Reservation & E-Commerce.

Pedro Gultom pursued their education in Politeknik Pariwisata Medan from 2017 to 2020, where they obtained a Diploma of Education in the field of Turisme, Pariwisata dan Travel. Prior to that, they attended SMA Negeri 1 Tigalingga from 2014 to 2017, specializing in the Natural Sciences stream. In addition to their formal education, Pedro Gultom also holds certification in Tour Operation from the Badan Nasional Sertifikasi Profesi (BNSP), which they obtained in September 2020. Furthermore, they obtained a certification in the Preparation of Managing Travel Agent Cluster from the same institution in July 2018.
