Argiris Hios has extensive work experience in the travel industry. Argiris began their career at Gats Travel in 2006, where they took on various roles such as Contract Manager, Product Manager, and Incoming Director. In these positions, they were responsible for managing relationships with hotels and suppliers, pricing and distributing tourism services, and ensuring high-quality services for clients. In 2012, they joined Big Blue Travel as a Commercial Manager, focusing on sales and business development. Since 2013, they have been working at Travelive, initially as a Senior Operations Manager and later as the Director of Operations. In these roles, they specialized in luxury vacations and private tours, liaising with hotels and suppliers to deliver exceptional travel arrangements. Argiris has a proven track record of achieving revenue and profit targets while maintaining excellent customer relationships.

Argiris Hios obtained a Diploma in Tourism Management from the School of Financials and Administration - Tourism Management. Argiris pursued this degree from 1999 to 2004, specializing in Tourism Business Administration.
