James Belden

James Belden has a diverse work experience in the field of business intelligence and analysis. James started their career at IBM in 2010 as a Software Test Engineer, where they worked until 2014. Following this, they joined Granicus in 2014 as a Business Analyst, and they continued in this role until 2017. In 2014, they also joined GovDelivery as a Quality Assurance Analyst, and later became a Business Analyst until 2017. In 2017, James joined TravelNet Solutions as a Business Intelligence Developer, and eventually advanced to the role of Director of Business Intelligence in 2020, which they currently hold.

James Belden attended St. Cloud State University from 2005 to 2009, where they obtained a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Computer Information Systems.
