Eduard Anthony Chai

Eduard Anthony Chai is a seasoned data engineering professional with expertise in developing advanced data-driven applications and machine learning platforms. Currently serving as a Senior Data Engineering Manager at Traveloka since June 2018, Eduard has successfully implemented a low-latency data serving platform that significantly reduced development timelines. Previously, as Lead Engineer – MLOps, Eduard built and operated an end-to-end machine learning platform utilized by over ten data scientists and machine learning engineers. Eduard's career includes positions as a Data Engineer at Sale Stock and Assistant Manager at IDA Singapore, alongside roles in digital management and application programming at Paperclip Communications Pte Ltd and EC Reach Software Pte Ltd, respectively. Eduard holds a Master's degree in Knowledge Engineering from the National University of Singapore, a Bachelor's degree in Software Development & Applications from the University of Newcastle, and a Diploma in Information Technology from Singapore Polytechnic.
