Claire Dawson

Claire Dawson is an accomplished HR professional with extensive experience in various leadership roles. Currently serving as People Director at Travelopia Yachts since April 2019, Claire has previously held positions as HR Business Partner at The Body Shop for International Finance, IT and Legal teams, and at Virgin Active, where responsibilities included managing a client group of approximately 300 employees. Prior to Virgin Active, Claire worked at Virgin Holidays in a similar HR Business Partner capacity for around 800 employees. Claire began the career as Deputy Manager at TOPSHOP-TOPMAN and holds a degree from The University of Brighton, completed between 2005 and 2008.
