Parik Laxminarayan

With aspirations of bringing alive the joy of personalized travel and creating a truly inspiring place to work, Parik founded Enchanting Travels in 2004 with his business partner, Alex. Before embarking on the Enchanting Travels journey, Parik lived and traveled extensively through Asia and Europe as an international junior tennis player, earned his undergraduate finance degree at The Ohio State University, USA, worked as a business consultant at a boutique economic consulting firm in Washington, D.C and then completed his MBA at INSEAD, in France and Singapore.

Following Travelopia’s acquisition of Enchanting Travels in 2019, Parik is focused on driving exponential growth of Enchanting Travels and helping the other Travelopia brands expand their footprint in the USA and Germany.

With his wife and two daughters, Parik loves to travel to remote parts of the world and is passionate about sports (tennis, golf, surfing, and skiing in particular), hiking, wildlife, and food. He is based in our Denver, CO office.

Favourite travel moment: Being woken up at 3 am by a pride of lions walking through Olakira camp in Tanzania.
