Brandon Nielsen, CPA

Brandon Nielsen, CPA, has over seven years of diverse accounting experience. Brandon is currently employed as the Controller at TravelPass Group since 2021. Prior to that, they were a Senior Auditor at The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints from 2020 to 2021. From 2018 to 2020, they were an Assurance Senior at EY, where they audited complex valuations of multi-million-dollar companies, and performed in-depth analysis and valuation testing over clients' investment portfolios. From 2017 to 2018, they were an Accounting Career Specialist at Brigham Young University Marriott School of Business, and an Assurance Intern at EY from 2017 to 2018. Additionally, they were an Accounts Receivable Intern at Instructure from 2016 to 2017 and a Financial Accountant at Small Business Accounting and Tax from 2014 to 2015. Brandon also worked as a Cabinet Specialist at Mountain Crest Cabinet from 2015 to 2016, where they communicated face-to-face with clients, demonstrated a hard work ethic, and quickly learned and mastered the cabinet preparation process.

Brandon Nielsen, CPA completed their Master's degree in Accounting (MAcc) from Brigham Young University between 2014 and 2018. Brandon also obtained an Associate of Science in Accounting from Brigham Young University - Idaho between 2013 and 2014. In March 2020, they were certified as a Certified Public Accountant by the AICPA.
