Senior Manager, Offline Customer Experience at TravelPass Group

Chiara Lane, M.A. has worked in various roles since 2016. Chiara began their career as a Graduate Student Success Advisor at the University of Utah, where they advised Masters and Doctoral students in the department of City and Metropolitan Planning in the College of Architecture. During their time at the University of Utah, they also completed a Capstone Internship in the Dean of Students Office. In 2018, they moved to Neumont College of Computer Science, where they served as an Associate Director of Student Affairs and an Academic and Student Life Coordinator. In 2021, they became a Travel Blog Writer for SoarFare. Currently, they are employed at both TravelPass Group as a Product Manager and Extra Space Storage as a Product Analyst/Scrum Master. In this role, they consult with Business Owners/Stakeholders to gather information about system needs, objectives, functions, and features that are aligned to desired business/customer outcomes. Chiara also analyzes, refines, and documents requirements for data, workflow, logical processes, interfaces with other systems, internal and external checks and controls, inputs and outputs.

Chiara Lane, M.A. obtained a Bachelor's degree in Psychology from the University of Utah between 2009 and 2013. Chiara then earned a Master's degree in Masters of Art and Community Leadership from Westminster College between 2015 and 2017. In addition, they hold two certifications, a Certified ScrumMaster (CSM) from the Scrum Alliance obtained in May 2022 and a Scrum: The Basics certification from LinkedIn obtained in February 2022.
