Mike Baird

Mike Baird is a seasoned product and UX leader with extensive experience in the technology and digital media sectors. Currently serving as the Head of Product and UX at Travelpass Group since April 2025, Mike previously held multiple senior roles at Pura, including Head of Product, VP of Product, and Chief Experience Officer. At Pluralsight, Mike was the Senior Director of Product Management, where a diverse team of product managers was built, resulting in significant stakeholder engagement and management improvements. Mike's earlier work at HP as Design Director saw the successful launch of key software applications and product designs. With roots as an Owner and Product Creator at New Media Blends, Mike has also contributed as an Interaction Designer for various companies, including Costco and Sam's Club. Mike holds a BS in Digital Media with an emphasis on Interaction Design from Utah Valley University.
