Nikolina Pulitika has a diverse work experience spanning different roles and industries. Nikolina began their career as a Front Desk Receptionist at Port of Dubrovnik in 2013. Nikolina then worked as an Administrative Assistant at Grand Hotel PARK in 2016. In 2018, they were a Travel Agent at Tureta Travel, where they planned and organized travel itineraries. Later that year, they joined helpAccommodation as a Front Desk Attendant, where they processed check-ins and check-outs and handled billing. In 2019, they worked as a Front Desk Receptionist at Valamar Riviera, where they managed guest check-ins, billing, and room assignments. Nikolina joined TravelPerk in 2019 as a Business Travel Consultant and later took on roles as a QA Specialist, Quality Analyst, and currently serves as the Outsourced Quality Lead.

Nikolina Pulitika obtained a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration and Management from the University of Zagreb/Sveuciliste u Zagrebu, which they attended from 2011 to 2016. Nikolina then pursued a Master's degree in Hospitality Administration/Management from the same institution from 2016 to 2018. In 2017, Nikolina also completed a Master's degree in Planning and Management in Tourist Destination from Universidad Complutense de Madrid. Prior to their university education, Nikolina attended Gimnazija Dubrovnik from 2007 to 2011. Additionally, they obtained a certification in Body Language for Leaders from LinkedIn in March 2018.
