Ruby Hsu

Ruby Hsu is a Senior User Researcher at TravelPerk, specializing in financial research areas, including Expenses, Invoices, and Payments, since April 2024. Previously, Ruby held the position of Senior UX Researcher at Farfetch, conducting extensive research across multiple countries to guide product strategy and development in marketplace expansions and e-commerce transactions. As a Senior User Experience Researcher at Mozilla, Ruby pioneered research in Emerging Markets, significantly impacting product development. Ruby's earlier roles include User Experience Researcher at Garmin International and various design-focused positions at Pebbo Innovation Consultancy, Nomadic Atelier, ruru's laboratory, and Craft Central UK. Ruby holds a Master’s Degree in Strategic Product Design from Delft University of Technology and a Bachelor of Industrial Design from National Cheng Kung University.
