Ashok Uppalapati

Ashok Uppalapati has a diverse work experience spanning over two decades. Ashok started their career in 2001 as a Programmer at Gemsoft and later worked as a Senior Programmer at Karvy in 2004. In the same year, they joined IBM as an Application Developer, and then moved on to Interglobe Technologies INC - A Travelport Company in 2005. At Interglobe Technologies, they held various roles including Project Lead, Technical Manager, and Senior Project Manager. Ashok'sexpertise lies in .Net and XML Technologies. In 2017, Ashok joined Travelport as a Principal Engineer and later progressed to roles like Manager Software Development Engineering and Director of Software Engineering. Ashok is currently working at Travelport in the capacity of Director of Software Engineering.

Ashok Uppalapati completed their Bachelor's degree in computer science from Andhra University from 1995 to 1998. Ashok then pursued their Master's degree in Computer Applications from Indira Gandhi National Open University from 1998 to 2001. In addition to their education, they have obtained various certifications including Certified SAFe® 5 Architect, Certified SAFe® 5 Scrum Master, Certified SAFe® 4 DevOps Practitioner, Certified SAFe 4 Practitioner, and Certified SAFe® 4 Agilist from Scaled Agile, Inc.
