Dianne Sharp Parks is the Founder and Chief Purpose Officer of The Bootstrap Initiative, LLC, established in February 2016 to administer purpose projects focused on community impact, including the Bill Sharp Award for the Future of Advertising, which supports emerging Black leaders in the advertising, marketing, and media sectors. Prior to this role, Dianne was a District Sales Manager at United Airlines from 1990 to 2003 and has been serving as Commercial Director for Global Accounts & U.S. Government at Travelport since January 2003. In this capacity, Dianne oversees B2B commercial contract management, business development, and product initiatives for one of Travelport's largest travel management companies, demonstrating a strong commitment to excellence and strategic growth in the travel technology sector.
