Louise Reid

Louise Reid has extensive work experience in human resources and business partnering roles. Louise is currently employed at Travelport as the Lead Regional People Business Partner APAC, a role they have held since March 2022. Prior to this, they worked at Travelport as the HR Manager AUNZ from July 2019 to May 2022. From 2015 to 2019, Louise was a Senior People Business Partner at Advisian. Louise also has experience as an HR Business Partner at PetSure (Australia) Pty Ltd and The Hollard Insurance Company from September 2014 to July 2015. Before that, they worked as the Human Resources Manager at NTT DATA Business Solutions from April 2010 to May 2014. Louisa has also held human resources positions at Baker & McKenzie, Clayton Utz, The Audit Office of NSW, Korn/Ferry International, and Coles, where they gained experience in training, learning and development, and HR management.

Louise Reid has a Bachelor of Arts degree with Honours in Psychology from the University of Sydney, which they completed in 1992. Louise also holds a Master of Professional Education & Training degree from Deakin University, completed in 2002. Currently, they are pursuing a Master of Organisational Development & Strategic HR from the University of New England (AU) and is expected to complete it in 2022.
