R. Mark Moore, SPHR has an extensive work experience spanning over several years. R. Mark started their career as a CAD/CAM Consultant at Bloomsburg University of PA, where they trained local businesses in the use of CAD/CAM software. R. Mark then worked at Aetna as a Sr. Consultant, leading a team in re-engineering member management processes and systems. R. Mark also advocated for innovative blended learning solutions and Electronic Performance Support Systems (EPSS). Moore then joined GTE Wireless as the Admin Organizational and Employee Development, responsible for training and organizational development needs of 15,000 employees. R. Mark developed and administered technical and IT training programs.

Mark later joined UnitedHealth Group as a Sr. Learning Architect, responsible for designing and developing claims-related system and process training. R. Mark utilized various development tools and instructional design strategies for this role.
Moore then worked at ChickenFox LLC as CEO and Chief Learning Architect, specializing in building learning and knowledge strategies for organizations. Finally, they joined Travelport as the Director of Customer Learning and Performance, where they lead the customer learning and performance function.
R. Mark Moore, SPHR, holds a Master of Science (MS) degree in Instructional Technology from Bloomsburg University of Pennsylvania, which was obtained from 1991 to 1992. Prior to that, they earned a Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Computer Science / Mathematics from the same institution, from 1987 to 1991. In 2013, they acquired a Master Certificate in Human Resources from Villanova University. Additionally, they hold various certifications, including Senior Professional in Human Resources (SPHR) from the HR Certification Institute - HRCI, Certified Social Media Strategist from Society3 Academy, and others.
