Vijay Sista

Vijay Sista has over 15 years of work experience in various technology roles. Vijay is currently working as a Lead BI Developer at Travelport since 2015, where they are responsible for requirement gathering, analysis, and development of Cognos applications. Prior to that, they worked as a Technology Specialist at Cognizant Technology Solutions from 2014 to 2015, where they led a team and managed project scope, design, development, and bug fixing for JP Morgan Chase Bank. Before that, they served as a Senior Consultant at Capgemini from 2010 to 2014, working on projects for Barclays Bank PLC. Vijay was responsible for gathering requirements, developing Cognos reports, and implementing drill-through and master-detail functionality. Earlier in their career, Vijay held roles at Tech Mahindra, Mastek Ltd, Merrill Lynch India Technology Services, and Comsoft Infotech Pvt Ltd, gaining experience in telecom reporting, software development, and database programming.

Vijay Sista obtained a B.E degree in Electronics from the University of Mumbai, where they studied from 1999 to 2004. Additionally, they have obtained certifications such as IBM Cognos 10 BI Metadata Model Developer, IBM Cognos 10 BI Report Author, and Oracle Certified Associate.
