Vijay Aggarwal

Vijay Aggarwal is the Co-founder and Chief Technology Officer of Travelstop, a revolutionary platform aimed at modernising and simplifying Business travel.

Prior to founding Travelstop, Vijay was the Head of Engineering (Emerging Markets) at HomeAway, leading the Technology platform and Engineering teams for the company across Asia and the Emerging Markets. As the Head of Engineering at Travelmob (acquired by HomeAway/Expedia), Vijay was instrumental in building a world-class platform that powered Travelmob’s social marketplace.

Prior to Travelmob, Vijay held various leadership positions at Yahoo! Inc in India, USA, and Singapore, leading the company’s global Messaging and Mobile product platforms, Media apps, and helped pioneer the company’s product offerings on Mobile value-added services platforms around the world.

Vijay is a seasoned Technology leader with over 17 years of experience in the consumer internet industry. He holds a Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science (Honors) from the University of Michigan in Ann Arbor.
