David Balderson

David Balderson has a strong background in the pharmaceutical industry. David started their career at GSK in 1999 as a Manager in Global Clinical Safety & Pharmacovigilance. In 2005, they joined Amgen as an Executive Director in Global Safety Operations and later became the Executive Director of Global Regulatory Operations. In 2015, they moved to Sciformix as the Vice President of Global Safety Operations. Currently, they hold the position of Vice President of Pharmacovigilance & Renal Clinical Development at Travere Therapeutics since December 2019.

David Balderson received their BSc and PhD degrees in Physiology & Pharmacology from The University of Manchester, where they studied from 1989 to 1996.
