Lynda Spivey

Lynda Spivey has a diverse work experience in the field of human resources. Lynda is currently working as an Associate Director of Human Resources at Travere Therapeutics, where they partner with HRBPs and business leaders to create and implement high-impact HR programs. Prior to this, they worked at ResMed, where they held various roles, including Compliance and Employee Relations Business Partner and People Business Partner. Lynda also worked as a Senior HR Generalist at ResMed Americas, managing mobility programs and participating in cross-functional projects. Before ResMed, Lynda worked as an HR Business Partner at AMSEC LLC, providing support in recruitment, benefits, and employee relations. Lynda also gained experience in HR analytics and compensation management during their time at Qualcomm. Earlier in their career, they worked in human resources roles at General Atomics and General Atomics Aeronautical Systems. Lynda started their career as a Human Resources/Recruiting Assistant at Enterprise Rent-A-Car.

Lynda Spivey obtained a Master of Science in Business Administration with a focus on Human Resources from San Diego State University between 2007 and 2009. In 2012, they also obtained the Professional in Human Resources (PHR®) certification from the HR Certification Institute.
