Rob Geletka

Rob Geletka, M.D. has an extensive work experience in the medical field. Rob is currently working as the Executive Medical Director at Travere Therapeutics since September 2023. Prior to that, they served as the Senior Medical Director at Travere Therapeutics from April 2022 to September 2023. Rob was also a Senior Medical Director at Eidos Therapeutics from April 2020 to March 2022. Before that, they worked as a Regional Medical Advisor at Arena Pharmaceuticals, Inc. from July 2018 to April 2020. Rob was a Senior Medical Science Liaison at Actelion from December 2012 to July 2018. Prior to that, they served as the Associate Fellowship Program Director Rheumatology at Emory University School of Medicine from July 2011 to December 2012. Rob also worked as an Assistant Professor of Medicine at Emory Healthcare from July 2007 to December 2012. Their career started at Duke University Health System, where they worked as an Associate of Medicine from 2004 to 2007.

Rob Geletka, M.D. attended Boardman High School before obtaining a Bachelor of Science degree in Combined Sciences from Youngstown State University. Rob then earned their medical degree from Northeast Ohio Medical University (NEOMED). Following medical school, they completed an Internal Medicine Residency Program at the University of Nebraska Medical Center. Rob went on to serve as Chief Resident in the Internal Medicine Residency Program at the same institution. Dr. Geletka further pursued their education by completing the Rheumatology Fellowship Program at Duke University School of Medicine. In 2014, they obtained a recertification in Rheumatology from the American Board of Internal Medicine.
