Kay Hetland

Kay Hetland is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in strategic portfolio management, organizational change management, and project management. Currently serving as Manager of Strategic Portfolio at Travero since August 2022, Kay has previously held significant roles at Alliant Energy, including Team Leader in the PPMO and Sr Strategic Project and Organizational Change Manager. Earlier career highlights include leadership positions at CUNA Mutual Group, West Bend Mutual Insurance, American Family Insurance, Grant Thornton, RSM McGladrey, and Unisource.
