The executive team at Travian Games has experience working in the media and gaming industries. They have worked as editors, quality assurance testers, trainees, and interns for companies such as Gruner + Jahr Entertainment Media, Electronic Arts, Süddeutscher Verlag, and JBI Localization. They have also studied business administration and media studies at Hochschule Albstadt-Sigmaringen and Eberhard Karls Universität Tübingen, respectively.
