Desiree Palencia

Desiree Palencia has a diverse work experience spanning over multiple industries. Desiree began their career at HEB in 2003 as an Accounting Specialist, where they worked until 2010. Desiree then transitioned to Weitzman/Cencor, a property management company, where they held a role in Property Management from 2011 to 2013. Following this, they worked as an Assistant Property Manager at HPI Real Estate Services & Investments from 2013 to 2015. In 2015, they joined Hidalgo County Appraisal District as a Market Analyst, and later moved to Travis Central Appraisal District in 2016. At Travis Central Appraisal District, they held various roles including Residential Appraiser/High-Rise Condominium Specialist from 2016 to 2018, Commercial Appraiser from 2019 to 2020, and Commercial Appraiser - Manager from 2020 to 2021.
