Camilla Gowan

Camilla Gowan has extensive experience in various HR roles. Camilla currently serves as the Head of Change (HR) at Travis Perkins plc since May 2023. Prior to this, they worked at Toolstation, holding positions such as HR Change and Project Manager, HR Operations Manager, HR Business Partner, and HR Advisor from January 2018 to May 2023. From June 2016 to December 2017, they were a Graduate Management Trainee HR at Relyon. Before that, they worked as a Human Resources Assistant at Relyon from June 2015 to March 2016. Camilla also gained experience as an HR Intern at Relyon from May 2013 to August 2014 and as an Administration Officer at PRP ELECTRICAL LIMITED from January 2010 to August 2013.

Camilla Gowan completed their education with a Master's Degree in Human Resources Development from the University of Exeter, which they pursued from 2016 to 2019. Prior to that, they obtained a Bachelor's degree (Hons) in Business Management and Human Resource Strategy from the University of Gloucestershire, graduating in 2015.

In terms of additional certifications, Camilla received the CIPD Level 7 - Advanced Diploma from CIPD in September 2018. Camilla also achieved the CIPD level 5 intermediate diploma from the same institution in June 2015.
