Lesley Zandvliet

Lesley Zandvliet currently serves as Chief Operating Officer and Chief of Staff at Travix since May 2021, focusing on optimizing operational, financial, and organizational strategies while ensuring collaboration across departments. Previously, Zandvliet held the position of Director of Operational Excellence, where efforts were directed towards establishing a company-wide Lean Six Sigma program, leading to improved revenues and reduced throughput times. Earlier experience includes roles such as Global Operational Excellence Manager at Booking.com, responsible for improving customer service operations worldwide, and Operational Excellence Expert at ING, as well as various consultancy positions focused on Lean methodologies. Zandvliet holds a Master's degree in Accounting & Control and a degree in Business Sciences from Vrije Universiteit Amsterdam.
