Maricar Anosa is an experienced professional with a focus on program management and operations within the technology sector. Currently serving as the General Manager for APAC at Trax Group since July 2018, Maricar has played pivotal roles at Trax Technologies since August 2012, leading global program management initiatives and overseeing the Americas Operations team. Expertise includes proficiency in Agile and Waterfall methodologies, project planning, execution, and risk management. Maricar has successfully transitioned teams to adopt Agile practices while establishing key performance indicators and strategies for team self-sufficiency. Previous experience includes managerial roles at Sykes Asia and Lexmark Int'l Phil Inc., complemented by a Bachelor of Science in Industrial Engineering from the University of San Carlos Technological Center and a Master of Science in Environmental Management from the University of Southern Philippines.
