With experience at Traxero, Lead Forensics, and The Good Kitchen, she has successfully managed teams, onboarded clients, and fostered strategic relationships for optimal client adoption and retention. Alongside her expertise in customer success, she has also constructed and launched Affiliate Programs and supported high-level projects as an Executive Assistant.
