Darren Lueking

Darren Lueking has extensive work experience in the construction industry. Darren currently serves as a Pursuit Manager at Traylor Bros., Inc., where they manage various project pursuits across the US involving Heavy Civil Construction Projects. Their responsibilities include managing teams, participating in task force meetings, writing proposals, completing statements of qualifications, and responding to RFPs.

Prior to their current role, Lueking worked as an Assistant Project Manager at Ship Channel Constructors, LLC, where they were involved in the construction of the new Sam Houston Tollway Bridges over the Houston Ship Channel. Darren also worked at Shimmick/Traylor/Granite, JV as the Deputy Project Manager and Structures Manager for a 5.2 mile long elevated light rail project in Honolulu, HI.

Lueking has been associated with Traylor Bros., Inc. since 1995 in various roles, including Recruiting Manager for the National Heavy Civil Division and Project Manager. Later, in 2010, they obtained certification as a Certified Crane Operator from the National Commission for the Certification of Crane Operators. In 2012, they received training in Prolog Mobile, Converge, and Manager Administration from Meridian Systems. Lastly, in 2013, Darren obtained further leadership training from FMI's Leadership Institute.
