Allison Barnes

Allison Barnes, SHRM-SCP, is currently the Vice President of Human Resources at TRC Staffing Services, Inc. Allison previously held the role of Director of Human Resources at CUMULUS MEDIA from 2012 to 2021. In this role, they supervised payroll administration and benefits for over 7000 employees. Allison also trained managers and employees on the Workday HCM System. Prior to this, they were the Director of Credit and Collections at DM Luxury, LLC from 2011 to 2012, where they were responsible for establishing policies and procedures for accounts receivable. From 2010 to 2011, they worked as the Business Manager for Nashville at CUMULUS MEDIA, overseeing HR tasks and maintaining FCC compliance. Before that, they served as the Business Manager at Beasley Broadcast Group from 2003 to 2009 and Rainbow Radio from 1999 to 2003, where they handled HR responsibilities and maintained FCC compliance.

Allison Barnes, SHRM-SCP, received their BA in Broadcast Journalism from the University of South Carolina in 1993. Allison obtained the SHRM Senior Certified Professional (SHRM-SCP) certification from SHRM in January 2016.
