Matthew Lester

Matthew Lester has extensive experience in sales and sales enablement. Matthew is currently the Vice President of Sales Enablement at TRC Staffing Services, Inc., where they are responsible for driving sales team efficiency and effectiveness across all divisions. Matthew collaborates with executives, sales leadership, and marketing to continuously improve sales functions. Prior to this role, Matthew worked at TRC Professional Solutions as a Sales Director, leading and coaching junior sales professionals to achieve revenue targets. Matthew also served as a Senior Business Development Manager, responsible for prospecting and securing new business opportunities. In addition, they created and executed operational strategies as a Resource Manager, managing TRC's contract workforce.

Matthew Lester attended Valdosta State University from 2003 to 2008. During this time, they pursued a Bachelor of Arts degree in Business Administration and Management, with a focus on general studies in the field.
