Chin Sau Phin

Chin Sau Phin was appointed as a Construction Manager in January 1996 and his position was re-designated to Project Coordinator in June 2010. He is now carrying the position as General Manager (Construction). He graduated from the Federal Institute of Technology with a Diploma in Civil Engineering in 1987 and he also holds a Master of Business Administration (MBA) from American National University, USA in 2005.
