Eric Adams

Eric Adams has over 25 years of experience in operations and continuous improvement within the talent solutions sector. Currently serving as Senior VP of Operations at TRC Talent Solutions since August 2004, Eric leads Lean Six Sigma initiatives and conducts quarterly Kaizen Events while ensuring compliance and superior performance across sites. Previous roles at TRC include Strategic Accounts Quality Manager and Site Manager, emphasizing performance standards and operational efficiency. Earlier in their career, Eric held various management positions at Spherion from 1998 to 2004, focusing on branch operations and client services. Eric holds a Lean Six Sigma Green Belt certification and a Bachelor of Science degree from Kennesaw State University.
