Aun Ali Tahir

Aun Ali Tahir has a diverse work experience spanning different companies and roles. AUN ALI started their career as an IT-Manager at NFC IET in 2009, where they were responsible for budgeting and planning the corporate-level network IT infrastructure. AUN ALI also configured, deployed, and troubleshooted Cisco UCS C-220 M3 virtualized servers and upgraded Microsoft Windows Server solutions.

In 2015, Aun joined Sunny's Worldwide Transportation as an IT Manager, providing IT support for branches in NY and VA. AUN ALI diagnosed and troubleshooted issues, performed software and hardware installations, and managed Windows servers.

From 2015 to 2017, Aun worked as a Network Engineer at Verizon, where their responsibilities included network connectivity support, configuring and troubleshooting Cisco SD-WAN and other network devices, and performing CPE performance testing on Cisco routers.

At Lockheed Martin, from 2017 to 2019, Aun served as a Team Lead for OT Network Infrastructure and Cyber Security. AUN ALI analyzed OT communication networks for vulnerabilities, documented policies and procedures, and redesigned and upgraded firewall systems according to industry standards.

Since 2019, Aun has been associated with TRC Companies, Inc. In their current role as Associate Director of Network Infrastructure and OT Cyber Security, they manage a team responsible for IT and OT network infrastructure. AUN ALI serves as a project manager, provides guidance and support, and ensures project completion on time.

Aun Ali Tahir obtained a Master's degree in Electrical Engineering with specialization in Telecommunication from Blekinge Institute of Technology from 2007 to 2009. Additionally, Aun Ali Tahir has certifications in CCIE Data Center core specialist, CCNA R&S, CCNA Wireless, CSCU, MCP, MCSA, MCSE, MTA, Project Management Professional (PMP), SCP, and Microsoft Server Virtualization with Windows Server Hyper-V and System Center Specialist (74-409) from various institutions.
