Grant Baldwin

Grant Baldwin has a diverse work experience in the engineering field. Grant started their career as an Engineering Intern at Indianapolis Power & Light Company in 2014. Grant then moved on to The AES Corporation where they worked as a Reliability and Performance Engineer, focusing on integrating quality methodologies and streamlining operational processes. In 2022, they joined Hitachi Energy as a Senior Technical Support Engineer, advising power utility businesses on implementing and maintaining their primary system for daily operations. Currently, they serve as an Engineering Team Lead at TRC Companies, Inc.

Grant Baldwin earned a Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering from Purdue University College of Engineering, where they studied from 2013 to 2017. Grant later pursued a Master's of Engineering in Engineering Management from the University of Louisville, completing their studies from 2018 to 2021. In addition to their academic achievements, Grant has obtained certifications including Certified Maintenance and Reliability Professional (CMRP) from SMRP in October 2021, and Engineering in Training certification from NCEES in 2018.
