Heather Romano, MHRM, MBA, SPHR, SHRM-CP, is an accomplished human resources professional with extensive experience in various leadership roles. Currently serving as Vice President, People & Culture at TRC Companies, Inc., a $1.5 billion company in the Oil and Gas sector, Heather has demonstrated a strong capability in identifying effective leaders, achieving a 96% success rate in leadership assessments. Previously, as Chief Human Resources Officer and Co-Founder of iVET360, Heather was instrumental in scaling a startup into a national enterprise. Additionally, Heather has worked as an Independent HR Consultant, advising C-suite executives and developing agile HR frameworks for rapidly growing organizations.
