Rachel Germain

Rachel Germain is an experienced sales professional with a strong background in the medical devices industry. Currently serving as an Area Sales Manager at Treace Medical Concepts, Inc. since January 2022, Rachel specializes as a subject matter expert for the Lapiplasty procedure, focusing on customer development and training for new surgeons. Prior roles include Account Executive at Method Medical, where Rachel engaged in medical device sales and consulting, and Executive Sales Representative at Orthotechnik, where Rachel successfully built relationships with physicians and supported surgical device usage.
